Events
The International Reception uses a signup system, where you can sign up for the events we host. To be able to use it, you must register and enter your details. After you register, you can choose events from a list. There will be free and paid events you can choose from. More information can be found on the event signup system homepage.
If you are wondering where you can find the link to the signup system, don’t worry. We will email you the link in the second half of July.
Check-in Desks
During the International Reception, we will have Check-in Desks. At these Check-in Desks, you will get a wristband, and you can pay for events you signed up for. It is mandatory to wear a wristband during the entire International Reception, and you must pay for events you signed up for before joining them. More information about deadlines for paying events can be found on the signup system.
Check-in Desks are available throughout the entire International Reception, so don’t worry, you can get your wristband and pay for events several times during the reception. Furthermore, there are usually leftover tickets for some events. Leftover tickets are tickets which were unbooked a short time before the event. Therefore, getting these leftover tickets to join events you could not sign up for might be possible. These leftover tickets can be collected on our desks too.
